WiPP Lunch
The women in Plasma Physics Lunch is aimed at giving the posibility of trying to examine questions about gender disparities and inclusivity in all its forms. It is also a great opportunity for meeting and networking.
The agenda of this year format includes, among others:
* Hiring process in academia. A look into the blackbox
* Unconscious bias. How objective are we?

WiPP History & Names
The first Women in Plasma Physics event of the EPS Plasma Physics meeting was organized in London 2004, thanks to the combined efforts of Elisabeth Rachlew (EPS PPD Board), Wendy Kneissel (IOP, UK Institute of Physics), and Emilia Solano (MCF PC subchair) Since 2012, due to the joint efforts of Sylvie Jacquemot (EPS PPD Board Chair), and many women in the Board, the Women in Plasma Physics meeting became a routine at EPS conference.
